#1 Do NOT piss your Trainer off at the beginning of a session!
Or more to the point - don't let him piss you off! It did NOT make for a pleasant session... I wanted to kick him, he was frustrated with me, I counted down the minutes. Crap session all round! But at least I got some good cardio results - good way to work it out!
#2 I am not super human and still emotionally eat (see point 1). I ate a handful of hot chips and around 100g of chocolate (Thanks Dale). Still, in the past I'd have eaten an entire BLOCK of chocolate, bowl of hot chips... and goodness knows what else! So I guess I didn't do too bad...
